Creator Ecosystem

for Neurodivergent Thought Leaders

I help neurodivergent thought leaders organize their ideas, amplify their message, and reach the people who need their work.

Many neurodivergent creators have powerful ideas, deep insight, and an authentic voice. But turning those ideas into consistent content across multiple platforms can quickly become overwhelming.

Podcasts, newsletters, blogs, videos, courses, and social media all require systems to function well.

I help neurodivergent creators design the structure behind their work so their ideas can reach more people without burning them out.

Whether you are running a podcast, publishing on Substack, creating YouTube videos, writing blogs, or sharing on social media, I support the systems that help your message travel further.

MY ROLE

I work as a Systems Architect and Content Marketing Support partner for neurodivergent thought leaders, helping organize ideas, creative projects, and business operations into clear and sustainable structures.

Much of my work focuses on supporting creators who are building podcasts, online courses, and other forms of educational or creative content. Together we design the systems that allow ideas to move from inspiration to publication, and from a single piece of content into multiple forms that reach a wider audience.

Rather than forcing your work into rigid productivity frameworks that don’t fit your cognitive style, we build structures that align with how your brain naturally processes information.

This allows your creativity and insight to remain at the center of your work, while the operational side of your content and business becomes far easier to manage.

Why this work matters

Neurodivergent people often communicate and learn in different ways.

Some people prefer listening to podcasts.
Others process visually through short videos or graphics.
Others prefer written formats like blogs or newsletters.

When a powerful idea exists in only one format, it reaches only a portion of the people who could benefit from it.

Content marketing allows one piece of work to become many forms of expression.

A podcast episode can become:

• social media posts
• written articles
• short-form video clips
• newsletters
• blog posts

By structuring content this way, one conversation or idea can reach many more people. My work is to help neurodivergent creators build the systems that make this possible.

HOW I SUPPORT
NEURODIVERGENT THOUGHT LEADERS

My work focuses on helping neurodivergent creators organize their ideas, amplify their message, and build sustainable platforms for sharing their work.

Each individual’s work is different, but common areas of support include:

Systems Architecture

Many neurodivergent creators operate without clear backend systems. Over time this can lead to overwhelm, lost ideas, and inconsistent publishing.

I design operational structures that help organize your ideas, projects, and creative work so your business becomes easier to manage.

This may include:

• organizing voice notes, writings, and intellectual property
• knowledge libraries and idea management systems
• content workflow mapping and editorial planning
• asset libraries and documentation
• project and workflow organization
• communication systems and internal documentation

The goal is to create structures that support how your mind naturally works, allowing your creativity and insight to remain at the center of your work.

Podcast & Teaching Platforms

Podcasts, online courses, and educational platforms are powerful ways to share ideas and build communities. However, they require thoughtful planning and systems to operate smoothly.

I support creators who are launching or managing these platforms by developing the operational systems behind them.

This may include:

• podcast launch planning and strategy
• episode workflow systems
• guest coordination processes
• production and publishing pipelines
• podcast repurposing systems
• organizing course materials and teaching assets
• structuring program logistics and audience communication

The goal is to create platforms that allow your voice and ideas to reach the people who need them, while keeping the operational side manageable.

Content Marketing & Repurposing

Creating content requires a significant investment of time and energy. Content marketing ensures that the work you are already doing reaches more people.

I help creators transform a single piece of content into multiple forms of communication so their ideas can travel further.

This may include:

• repurposing podcast episodes into written content
• transforming long-form ideas into social media posts
• organizing content pipelines for blogs or newsletters
• building publishing workflows for ongoing content production
• structuring content ecosystems across platforms

This approach allows your ideas to reach people in the format that works best for them, whether that is audio, visual, or written.

Operational Support
& Team Development

As your work grows, operational support often becomes necessary to avoid burnout and maintain momentum.

Part of my role is helping you identify what kind of support your business actually needs. Rather than assuming a specific role, we look at your workflow and determine where additional help would create the most impact.

This may include:

• defining operational roles within your business
• sourcing potential candidates or support professionals
• assisting with the hiring process
• training new team members to operate the systems we have developed
• documenting processes and workflows so responsibilities are clear

The goal is to build a support structure that allows your work to grow while protecting your time, energy, and creative focus.

Designing Businesses That Support Neurodivergent Minds

Traditional productivity systems are often built around consistency, rigid scheduling, and linear workflows.

Many neurodivergent minds operate differently.

Energy and focus may move in waves. Insights may arrive quickly and unexpectedly. Creativity may flourish in environments that allow flexibility and depth rather than constant output.

My work focuses on helping founders design systems that respect these patterns while still allowing their business to operate effectively.

The goal is not to force neurodivergent leaders to conform to systems that exhaust them, but to build structures that allow their work to emerge sustainably.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

My work typically unfolds in a series of phases. This allows us to understand your current workflow, create structure where needed, and gradually build systems that support the growth of your work.

Rather than offering isolated services, I support creators through a structured process that brings clarity to their operations and amplifies their message.

Not every project requires every phase, but this progression often creates the most sustainable results.

The goal is to create a content ecosystem that amplifies your voice while remaining manageable for your nervous system and workload.

PHASE 1

Operational Review

We begin by reviewing how your business currently operates and where you are experiencing friction or overwhelm.

This includes understanding:

• how you organize ideas
• how you manage projects
• how you structure your work across platforms such as podcasts, courses, newsletters, blogs, or social media.

During this phase, I often begin taking on select operational tasks. This provides immediate support while also giving me a direct view into how your business functions.

The goal of this phase is to understand your workflow, identify pressure points, and begin freeing up your time.

PHASE 2

Systems Architecture

Once we understand your workflow, I design systems that organize your ideas, projects, and operations into clear structures.

This may include:

• content planning systems
• podcast or publishing workflows
• knowledge organization
• project management structures
• documentation and internal processes

These systems are designed to support both your creativity and the practical needs of running a business.

Rather than forcing your work into rigid productivity frameworks, we build structures that align with how your brain naturally processes information.

PHASE 3

Content Marketing

Once operational systems are in place, we develop the structure for a sustainable content marketing ecosystem.

This phase focuses on helping your ideas reach more people by transforming one piece of content into multiple forms of expression.

This may include:

• podcast repurposing workflows
• newsletter and blog pipelines
• social media content systems
• asset libraries for organizing creative work
• publishing schedules and content tracking

In the early stages, I often help run aspects of these systems so that the process becomes clear and repeatable.

PHASE 4

Team Support & Hiring

(Optional)

As your work grows, bringing operational support onto the team may become helpful.

Rather than assuming a specific role is needed, we identify what type of support would best strengthen the organization.

This may include operations support, content coordination, or communications support.

I can assist with defining roles, hiring the right person, and training them to operate the systems we have developed.

THE OUTCOME

When systems align with how your mind works, the business becomes easier to sustain.

You gain:

• clearer organization of ideas and projects
• reduced cognitive overload
• systems that support your creative process
• more consistent output without forcing rigid structures
• the ability to focus on your core message and work

The result is a business that supports your voice and leadership rather than constantly competing with it.

INVESTMENT

Most engagements begin with a
Two-Month Systems Architecture Container

During this time we review how your creative and business ecosystem currently operates, design streamlined systems, and begin implementing the structures that allow your work to run more smoothly.

This work focuses on building the operational infrastructure behind your content and ideas, including systems for organizing intellectual property, managing content workflows, structuring platforms such as podcasts, courses, and newsletters, and documenting processes so your business no longer relies on everything living in your head.

Typical investment:

$3,000 – $4,000 per month
Two-month minimum engagement

This type of systems architecture and operational design is often delivered through traditional consulting firms at significantly higher price points. My goal is to make this level of strategic support accessible to neurodivergent creators and thought leaders who are building meaningful bodies of work.

After the initial systems architecture phase, some clients choose to continue working together for ongoing operational support, content ecosystem development, or assistance building and training a team to run the systems we have created.

IS THIS A GOOD FIT?

This work is designed for neurodivergent creators and thought leaders who are sharing ideas with the world.

Many of the people I work with are publishing content, teaching, or building platforms such as podcasts, newsletters, courses, or online communities, but feel overwhelmed by the operational side of maintaining and growing that work.

This may include:

• podcast hosts
• YouTube creators
• Substack writers
• bloggers and educators
• therapists, coaches, and researchers sharing public content
• neurodivergent thought leaders building a body of work

This support tends to be most helpful for people who:

• are already creating content, programs, or platforms
• feel overwhelmed by the operational side of their work
• want clearer systems for content, communication, and workflow
• are ready to invest in building sustainable infrastructure for their ideas

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Many clients come to me at the moment when their work is starting to grow and they realize they need support organizing the systems behind it.

If that sounds familiar, the next step is simply to start a conversation.

This call is an opportunity for us to connect, learn more about your work, and explore what operational systems might best support your organization.

If it feels like a good fit, we can discuss possible ways to work together.

WHY WORK WITH ME

Bio Image - Circle

My work is shaped by both professional experience and personal transformation.

Earlier in my career I worked in film, television, and the live music industry, supporting public figures and creative professionals where personal brands, messaging, and public communications were central to the work.

Later, I partnered with an entrepreneur to help build a content marketing agency from the ground up. During that time I developed systems for content production, communications, and client operations, and supported creators and organizations in growing their visibility through structured content ecosystems.

Alongside this work, I spent years working within retreat and healing environments, supporting both the operational side of retreat businesses and the facilitation of transformational spaces.

Over time my path led me through a significant personal healing journey. I experienced firsthand the impact of burnout, addiction, and the pressure of over-giving within demanding environments.

Rebuilding my life required me to step away from systems that were not sustainable for my nervous system and to begin understanding how my own brain works.

As a late-diagnosed autistic woman, discovering my neurodivergence reframed much of my life and work. It helped me understand both the strengths and the challenges that can come with navigating creativity, leadership, and business through a neurodivergent nervous system.

Today I bring together everything I have learned from these experiences.

My background includes:

• working with public figures and personal brands in film, television, and music
• building communications, PR, and marketing systems
• helping to build a content marketing agency from the ground up
• developing and launching online courses and group programs
• organizing operations and programming within retreat environments
• designing participant screening, onboarding, and integration processes
• supporting trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware spaces

Because of this combination of experience, I approach systems design differently. Rather than forcing creators into rigid productivity frameworks that were designed for neurotypical workplaces, I help design flexible structures that support creativity, sustainability, and authentic expression.

My role is to help organize the ideas, intellectual property, and operational systems that allow your work to reach the world more effectively. At the same time, building this business is part of my own journey of becoming.

Through this work I am reclaiming agency over how I live and create, building a sustainable life that allows me to continue exploring my creative expression as a dancer, performer, and lover of film and music.

When you work with me, you are not only receiving experienced operational support. You are also supporting a neurodivergent creator who is actively building a life that aligns with the values of healing, becoming, and embodied expression.
