Podcast Operations Support
for Neurodivergent Thought Leaders
Helping neurodivergent podcast hosts organize, manage, and grow their podcast without getting overwhelmed by the operational side of production.
Running a podcast can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with a long list of moving parts.
Guest outreach, scheduling, production workflows, publishing, social media, and promotion can quickly turn a creative project into an operational burden.
I support neurodivergent podcast hosts by managing and organizing the systems behind their podcast so they can focus on the conversations and ideas that matter most.
HOW I SUPPORT
NEURODIVERGENT PODCASTERS
Every podcast is different, but support may include a combination of the following:
Podcast Workflow Organization
Designing clear systems that organize the entire podcast production process.
This may include:
• episode planning workflows
• production timelines
• content tracking systems
• publishing checklists
• documentation of podcast processes
The goal is to create a structure that keeps your podcast running smoothly.
Episode Publishing & Distribution
Once episodes are recorded, there are multiple steps required to prepare them for release.
Support may include:
• preparing episode descriptions and show notes
• uploading and scheduling episodes
• coordinating publishing across podcast platforms
• managing episode documentation and archives
Guest Outreach & Booking
Many podcast hosts want to bring interesting guests onto their show but do not have the time to manage the outreach process.
I can assist with:
• identifying and researching potential guests
• managing outreach communication
• coordinating scheduling
• organizing guest preparation materials
• maintaining a guest pipeline
This keeps your podcast calendar full without requiring you to manage the logistics.
Content Repurposing
Each podcast episode contains ideas that can be shared in multiple formats. I help transform episodes into additional content that amplifies your message.
Support may include:
• social media posts based on episode themes
• written summaries or blog posts
• newsletter content
• content libraries for future use

Why this work matters
Many neurodivergent thinkers are incredible conversationalists and educators. But the operational side of podcast production can easily become overwhelming.
The goal of this support is to remove that pressure so you can focus on the parts of podcasting you actually enjoy:
The conversations.
The ideas.
The learning.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This support is designed for podcast hosts who:
• are already running a podcast or preparing to launch one
• enjoy the conversations but struggle with the operational workload
• want help organizing the backend of their podcast
• would like support managing guest outreach, scheduling, and publishing
Many of the podcast hosts I work with are neurodivergent creators who have powerful ideas but limited time and capacity to manage all the operational details alone.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Support can take different forms depending on your needs.
Examples include:
• podcast operations setup
• ongoing podcast management support
• guest outreach and booking assistance
• publishing and content repurposing
Some creators begin with podcast support and later expand into broader systems architecture and content marketing support as their work grows.
A NOTE ON MY APPROACH
As a late-diagnosed autistic creator myself, I understand how overwhelming traditional productivity systems can feel for neurodivergent minds.
My approach focuses on building simple, clear systems that support how your brain actually works.
The goal is not to create more complexity, but to reduce cognitive load so your ideas can reach the world more easily.
If you are running a podcast and would like support organizing the operational side of your show, I would be happy to connect.
WHY WORK WITH ME
My work is shaped by both professional experience and personal transformation.
Earlier in my career I worked in film, television, and the live music industry, supporting public figures and creative professionals where personal brands, messaging, and public communications were central to the work.
Later, I partnered with an entrepreneur to help build a content marketing agency from the ground up (which later became a podcasting agency). During that time I developed systems for content production, communications, and client operations, and supported creators and organizations in growing their visibility through structured content ecosystems.
Alongside this work, I spent years working within retreat and healing environments, supporting both the operational side of retreat businesses and the facilitation of transformational spaces.
Over time my path led me through a significant personal healing journey. I experienced firsthand the impact of burnout, addiction, and the pressure of over-giving within demanding environments. Rebuilding my life required me to step away from systems that were not sustainable for my nervous system and to begin understanding how my own brain works.
As a late-diagnosed autistic woman (AuDHD), discovering my neurodivergence reframed much of my life and work. It helped me understand both the strengths and the challenges that can come with navigating creativity, leadership, and business through a neurodivergent nervous system.
Today I bring together everything I have learned from these experiences.
My background includes:
• working with public figures and personal brands in film, television, and music
• building communications, PR, and marketing systems
• helping to build a content marketing agency from the ground up
• developing and launching online courses and group programs
• organizing operations and programming within retreat environments
• designing participant screening, onboarding, and integration processes
• supporting trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware spaces
Because of this combination of experience, I approach systems design differently. Rather than forcing creators into rigid productivity frameworks that were designed for neurotypical workplaces, I help design flexible structures that support creativity, sustainability, and authentic expression.
My role is to help organize the ideas, intellectual property, and operational systems that allow your work to reach the world more effectively. At the same time, building this business is part of my own journey of becoming.
Through this work I am reclaiming agency over how I live and create, building a sustainable life that allows me to continue exploring my creative expression as a dancer, performer, and lover of film and music.
When you work with me, you are not only receiving experienced operational support. You are also supporting a neurodivergent creator who is actively building a life that aligns with the values of healing, becoming, and embodied expression.
