I HELP PEOPLE

understand themselves,
heal what they’ve been through,
rebuild their lives &
express who they really are.

My work sits at the intersection of grounded spirituality, trauma recovery, nervous system awareness, and systems design.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about learning how to work with
who you actually are.

my work comes from lived experience

I grew up in an environment where I learned it wasn’t safe to be myself.

I learned to override my instincts, suppress my emotions, dissociate from my body and shape myself into what was acceptable.

That conditioning followed me into my life, into my relationships, and into the patterns I couldn’t explain.

For a long time, I believed something was wrong with me.

I was labeled as “too much,” “defiant,” and difficult.

It wasn’t until much later that I understood I was neurodivergent (AuDHD), and that my environment had shaped my survival, not my truth.

In my mid-30s, I reached a point where I knew I couldn’t continue living disconnected from myself.

I chose to change my life.
I took a leap of faith.

What followed was years of deep work, learning my nervous system, processing trauma, rebuilding my identity, and reclaiming my voice.

I don’t teach theory.

I help people move through the same process I’ve walked.

These are the different entry points to this work.

Get Unstuck

BECOMING →

Rebuilding your life in a way that actually works for you.

EXPRESSION

Using your voice, creativity, and lived experience to create something meaningful.

For people who feel something inside them that wants to be expressed or shared.

How To Make Yourself

You don’t need to do all of this at once.

You just need to start where you are.
