IDENTITY WORK

I grew up in an environment where my natural way
of being was not accepted.

Over time, I learned to override my instincts, adapt my behavior, and shape myself based on what felt safe or acceptable to others.

I became highly attuned to how people responded to me,
and I adjusted accordingly.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was developing layers of masks, ways of presenting myself that helped me navigate the world, but distanced me from who I actually was.

It wasn’t until much later in my life that I became aware
of how much I had adapted.

And with that awareness came a deeper realization:
I didn’t fully know who I was without those adaptations.

Identity work is the process of slowly removing those layers.

It’s learning to witness yourself without judgment, to reconnect with your natural responses, and to build a sense of self that isn’t shaped by fear, approval, or past conditioning.

This can be confronting work.

Many of us have been told, directly or indirectly, that who we are is too much, not enough, or not quite right.

So learning to be fully ourselves again can feel unfamiliar,
even uncomfortable.

But it’s also where alignment begins.

If this resonates, I offer a space where you can explore
who you are without pressure to perform or conform.

A space to understand your patterns, your values, your sensitivities, and your truth, so you can begin to live from a place that feels real and grounded.
