Retreat Systems Architect
I collaborate with retreat centers and healing environments to strengthen the participant experience, support teams behind the scenes, and help programs run with clarity, safety, and care.
I am currently seeking a part-time residency or collaboration (20–30 hours/week) within a retreat or recovery-focused environment.
Positioning Statement
I bring a rare combination of guest experience, trauma-aware facilitation support, program design, and operational systems.
My work focuses on helping retreat spaces function smoothly so facilitators can focus on the work they are there to do.
I am especially aligned with environments focused on healing, recovery, integration, and meaningful transformation.

COLLABORATION MODEL
I am seeking a part-time collaboration or residency (20–30 hours per week).
This structure allows me to contribute meaningfully while maintaining dedicated time for my long-term project and research work within healing and transformation.
I work best inside clearly defined containers with agreed scope, priorities, and communication rhythms. This supports sustainability, clarity, and consistency for everyone involved.
Possible collaboration structures:
resident collaborator
operations / guest experience support
program collaborator / facilitator
screening and integration support
consultation calls / sales
hybrid role shaped around the center’s needs
WHY THIS WORK
I care deeply about how healing spaces function.
When operations are unclear, staff are stretched, or containers are under-supported, participants feel it. When the structure is strong, facilitators can do their best work and participants can soften into the experience.
My work focuses on strengthening that structure.
