HEALING HIATUS
A structured journey out of burnout
and into a more aligned way of living.
You’re tired of pushing through each day the same way,
but you’re not sure what you can do.
You’re willing to try something different and create change,
but feasible options seem scarce.
One thing is for sure:
The way you’ve been living is no longer working.
You’re exhausted.
Your system is overwhelmed.
Your body may be asking you to slow down in ways you can’t ignore.
And beneath all of that,
there’s something quieter but more important:
A sense that your life no longer fits who you truly are
and need space to become.
The solution isn’t to force your way forward.
You may need to step out completely.
What you’re experiencing isn’t just burnout.
It’s a turning point.
WHAT THIS IS
Healing Hiatus is a structured pause for self-actualization.
Not a vacation.
Not a quick reset.
Not something you squeeze into a few weeks.
This is a 3–6 month life pause where you step out of your current environment long enough to:
– regulate your nervous system
– create distance from what’s been overwhelming you
– reconnect with yourself without constant pressure
– and begin rebuilding your life in a way that actually works for you
This is the space where real change becomes possible.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Healing Hiatus is a structured pause for self-actualization.
This is for you if:
– You feel like you can’t keep living the way you are, but you don’t know what comes next
– You’re burnt out and pushing through is no longer an option
– You’ve realized your life was built around expectations that don’t actually fit you
– You’ve been late-diagnosed as neurodivergent and are rethinking everything
– Your body or health is forcing you to slow down
– You feel like you’re “waking up” to something deeper, but don’t yet know how to move forward
– You’ve thought about leaving your current life, but feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or afraid to do it wrong
You are not looking for quick fixes.
You are looking for a different way to live.
WHY THIS WORKS
You can’t create a new life from the same conditions that are draining you.
Short breaks don’t change patterns.
Staying where you are keeps your system in the same loops.
Leaving without structure can create more instability.
What actually creates change:
– Time for your system to settle
– Space away from constant pressure
– Structure so you don’t collapse or repeat old patterns
– Support so you’re not doing this alone
This is what a Healing Hiatus is designed to give you.
THE HEALING HIATUS JOURNEY
This is a process of self-actualization.
And there is no need to rush any part of it.
PHASE 1:
Answering the Call
“Something in my life isn’t working anymore.”
This is where most people begin.
You can feel that something needs to change.
But you may not know what that change looks like yet.
There can be:
fear
uncertainty
hesitation
questions
… is this even possible?
This stage isn’t about taking action.
Phase one is about getting grounded in your truth.
You are allowed to take your time here.
To ask questions.
To explore options.
To talk things through.
This is where Clarity Sessions take place.
There is no pressure to move forward.
Only support to help you see clearly.
PHASE 2:
Choosing Change
“I’m ready to do something different.”
At a certain point, the decision becomes clear.
Not rushed.
Not reactive.
But grounded.
This is where we begin to:
• plan your transition
• explore where and how you could live
• create a stable foundation for your time away
This isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about intentionally stepping out of it.
PHASE 3:
The Reset
“I don’t know who I am without the life I’ve been living.”
This is where the deeper work begins.
Your system starts to slow down.
Your identity may begin to shift.
Old patterns can surface.
This phase can feel unfamiliar.
Sometimes uncomfortable.
But this is where real change happens.
You are no longer just coping.
You are beginning to meet yourself differently.
My role here is to help you:
• stay grounded through this phase
• create structure so you don’t shut down or overwhelm yourself
• support you as things begin to shift internally
PHASE 4:
Integration & Rebuild
“I want to live in a way that actually reflects who I am.”
From a more regulated and clear place, something new begins to emerge.
You start to:
• understand your needs more clearly
• make different decisions
• set new boundaries
• relate to your life in a different way
Eventually, you return.
But not as the same person.
You return with:
awareness
capacity
… a different relationship to how you live.

WHY I DO THIS WORK
I've lived this process.
I’ve experienced burnout, nervous system overwhelm,
and the realization that the life I was living was not sustainable.
I stepped out of that life.
I gave myself the space to reset, to heal, and to rebuild.
And I am now living in the integration phase,
actively creating a life that reflects who I am now, not who I used to be.
This isn’t theory for me.
It’s lived experience.
I’m not here to convince you to do this.
And I’m not here to take action for you.
I’m here to walk alongside you if you choose this path, and to support you in doing it in a way that is grounded, safe, and real.
If something in you is recognizing this,
you can start here:
WHY WORK WITH ME
My work is shaped by both professional experience and personal transformation.
Earlier in my career I worked in film, television, and the live music industry, supporting public figures and creative professionals where personal brands, messaging, and public communications were central to the work.
Later, I partnered with an entrepreneur to help build a content marketing agency from the ground up (which later became a podcasting agency). During that time I developed systems for content production, communications, and client operations, and supported creators and organizations in growing their visibility through structured content ecosystems.
Alongside this work, I spent years working within retreat and healing environments, supporting both the operational side of retreat businesses and the facilitation of transformational spaces.
Over time my path led me through a significant personal healing journey. I experienced firsthand the impact of burnout, addiction, and the pressure of over-giving within demanding environments. Rebuilding my life required me to step away from systems that were not sustainable for my nervous system and to begin understanding how my own brain works.
As a late-diagnosed autistic woman (AuDHD), discovering my neurodivergence reframed much of my life and work. It helped me understand both the strengths and the challenges that can come with navigating creativity, leadership, and business through a neurodivergent nervous system.
Today I bring together everything I have learned from these experiences.
My background includes:
• working with public figures and personal brands in film, television, and music
• building communications, PR, and marketing systems
• helping to build a content marketing agency from the ground up
• developing and launching online courses and group programs
• organizing operations and programming within retreat environments
• designing participant screening, onboarding, and integration processes
• supporting trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware spaces
Because of this combination of experience, I approach systems design differently. Rather than forcing creators into rigid productivity frameworks that were designed for neurotypical workplaces, I help design flexible structures that support creativity, sustainability, and authentic expression.
My role is to help organize the ideas, intellectual property, and operational systems that allow your work to reach the world more effectively. At the same time, building this business is part of my own journey of becoming.
Through this work I am reclaiming agency over how I live and create, building a sustainable life that allows me to continue exploring my creative expression as a dancer, performer, and lover of film and music.
When you work with me, you are not only receiving experienced operational support. You are also supporting a neurodivergent creator who is actively building a life that aligns with the values of healing, becoming, and embodied expression.
