Awareness
You are not broken.
I was late-diagnosed
with ADHD at 35, and later with autism at 40.
These realizations changed everything.
They gave me language for experiences I had carried my entire life, and helped me understand how my brain and nervous system actually work.
More importantly,
they allowed me to replace shame with understanding.
Now, I move through the world differently. I make decisions based on how I’m wired, not how I think I “should” be.
This work is deeply personal to me.
I’m here to help others recognize their own patterns, understand their unique ways of thinking and feeling, and begin to work with themselves instead of against themselves.
You’re not broken.
You’ve likely just never been given the right lens.
