I’m documenting a significant shift from overwhelm, rigidity, and self-monitoring toward greater freedom, self-trust, and surrender. By recognizing my capacity, accommodating autistic transitions, and allowing restorative activities into my days, I’m discovering that I can remain productive without constant internal pressure. I reflect on reclaiming my intuition, creating environments that support authentic expression, and honoring experiences I cannot fully explain.

Two professional developments reinforce this transformation: completing a working client prototype and beginning a new project with Randy that supports my inquiry system. Both allow me to develop my larger vision through paid experimentation. I’m also exploring how inner work builds the capacity to meet life as it unfolds, while recognizing the importance of safe relationships, community, and documenting my becoming through voice.

THREADS

1. Replacing Self-Monitoring with Conscious Surrender

Summary

I’m recognizing how deeply ingrained my pattern of constant self-monitoring has become. I’ve spent my life evaluating whether I’m doing enough, doing things correctly, or optimizing every action. This week, I’m deliberately interrupting that pattern by asking what I actually want, feel, and need instead of automatically responding to internal pressure. Two days into this experiment, I’m experiencing a remarkable shift in how I feel and move through life.

Lesson / Teaching

Awareness creates an opportunity to interrupt habitual patterns and consciously choose a different response. Surrender can be practiced through small, intentional changes in everyday behavior.

2. Honoring Capacity Instead of Forcing Productivity

Summary

I’m learning to recognize my capacity instead of overriding my body’s signals in pursuit of productivity. My autistic brain naturally gravitates toward routines, predictability, and sustained flow states, but these patterns can become restrictive when I don’t allow myself to transition into other activities. This week, I’ve been deliberately experimenting with stopping work, acknowledging what I’ve accomplished, and choosing activities that feel grounding, playful, or restorative. I’m discovering that I can accomplish meaningful work without constantly pressuring myself to perform.

Lesson / Teaching

Productivity does not have to come at the expense of nervous system regulation. Learning to recognize capacity and accommodate transitions can create more sustainable ways of working and living.

3. Designing Life Around Neurodivergent Needs

Summary

I’m recognizing that much of my suffering has come from trying to operate within systems, structures, and expectations that don’t accommodate how my brain and nervous system work. Rather than continuing to force myself into those structures, I’m learning to understand my unique needs and make choices that support them. This extends beyond daily routines into the environments, careers, relationships, and ways of living I create for myself. I’m also acknowledging the very real grief, anger, and isolation that can accompany this process.

Lesson / Teaching

Understanding and accommodating individual needs can be more effective than repeatedly forcing ourselves to conform to structures that create distress.

4. Reclaiming Intuition Through Embodied Expression

Summary

I’m recognizing that some of my most meaningful insights and expressions emerge when I stop trying to control what comes through me. Whether I’m speaking, dancing, moving, or creating, I experience moments where expression seems to arise naturally, sometimes in ways I can’t consciously explain. For much of my life, I questioned these experiences because other people dismissed my perceptions and made me feel that something was wrong with me. I’m now choosing to honor these experiences as meaningful parts of my lived reality, even when I don’t have language to explain them.

Lesson / Teaching

Not every meaningful experience needs to be fully understood before it can be acknowledged. Rebuilding trust in one’s perceptions and expressions can be part of reclaiming a previously invalidated identity.

5. Safety as the Foundation for Expression

Summary

I’m noticing how profoundly my environment influences my ability to think, process, and express myself. When I feel safe and free from sensory distractions, I can speak naturally, explore ideas, and allow spontaneous expressions of my personality to emerge. This is why recording from intimate, familiar spaces feels so important to me. I’m discovering that creating the right conditions allows me to access parts of myself that are difficult to express in other environments.

Lesson / Teaching

Safety and environmental accommodation can create the conditions for more authentic expression, particularly for people with heightened sensory sensitivity.

6. Building a Vision Through Paid Experimentation

Summary

I’m realizing that my client work is becoming an opportunity to develop and test the very tools I’ve been imagining for my own business. Completing a working prototype has shown me that something previously existing only in my mind can become tangible, functional, and valuable. My new project with Randy offers another opportunity to develop an important part of my vision, the inquiry system, while earning money. This feels especially significant because external commitments help me execute ideas that can be difficult to initiate when I’m working only for myself.

Lesson / Teaching

Practical experimentation can turn an abstract vision into something tangible. Existing professional opportunities can also become environments for testing and refining ideas.

7. Allowing the Vision to Emerge Through Iteration

Summary

I’ve carried a complex vision for years that seems to connect my interests in personal branding, operations, systems, architecture, creativity, and personal transformation. I can sense the individual pieces but often struggle to understand how they fit together or translate them into something tangible. I’m learning that I cannot expect myself to fully explain or execute a vision that hasn’t yet been brought into existence. Instead, I’m allowing myself to discover it through speaking, questioning, building, testing, and following threads of curiosity.

Lesson / Teaching

Some visions become clear through the process of creating them. Iteration and exploration can be legitimate methods of understanding, especially for nonlinear thinkers.

8. Documenting Becoming Through Voice-First Expression

Summary

I’m establishing a practice of recording my experiences and reflections as they happen, rather than waiting until I understand the full story. Voice is the medium that allows me to process most naturally, and recording regularly helps me witness changes that might otherwise be forgotten. I’m also beginning to see how these recordings can become a source library for the ideas, experiences, and systems I’m developing. I want to document both my personal transformation and the process of building my vision in real time.

Lesson / Teaching

Documenting experiences as they unfold can reveal patterns, preserve insights, and make personal development more visible over time.

9. The Relationship Between Practice and Capacity

Summary

I’m beginning to articulate a distinction between doing the inner work and practicing a different way of living. I recognize that the transformation I’ve experienced through Get Unstuck has helped me release conditioning, understand myself, and become more capable of meeting life as it unfolds. I’m still working out the language and relationship between these concepts. One possibility I’m exploring is that doing the work builds the capacity that allows me to practice surrender and presence in everyday life.

Lesson / Teaching

Emerging formulation: Inner work may help develop the capacity needed to respond differently to everyday experiences. The relationship between the work, the practice, and allowing life to unfold remains under exploration.

10. The Transformative Power of Safe Relationships

Summary

I’m recognizing how profoundly meaningful it is to have Randy as someone who consistently checks in, listens without judgment, and offers support when I need it. I’ve spent much of my life without this kind of relationship, and I know how isolating that can feel. His support is especially meaningful during this period of financial uncertainty and professional frustration. I’m also recognizing that although I need considerable solitude because of my sensory sensitivity, I still deeply need connection, conversation, community, and reciprocity.

Lesson / Teaching

Meaningful connection does not require a large social network. Even one safe, available, reciprocal relationship can provide important support and belonging.

11. Trusting Life Through Uncertain Transitions

Summary

I’m witnessing how dramatically my experience can change over a short period of time. Last week, I felt frozen, overwhelmed, frightened, and uncertain about my financial future. This week, I’m completing meaningful work, receiving new opportunities, and feeling deeply grateful and alive. I’m interpreting this contrast as a reminder that I don’t always understand why circumstances unfold as they do, and that I can practice meeting each moment without needing to know what happens next.

Lesson / Teaching

A difficult moment does not necessarily predict what comes next. Staying present can make it easier to recognize new possibilities as circumstances change.

TRANSCRIPT

It’s Wednesday, October 7th.

Oh my God, I feel so deliciously alive right now. You have no idea what that means. I just feel really good and really grounded and centered and aligned and proud and excited. Oh, which is so nice compared to how I felt last week, which was spiraling and overwhelmed and frozen.

It’s incredible how much can change in a day, a week, a moment. And that, my friends, is why I’m capturing these things, because as I move through life, there’s just so much that’s worth capturing. And that’s why I’m checking in right now, because I’m trying to get into the habit of documenting this story as it’s unraveling.

It’s Wednesday, is it? Did I hear that?

The last time I recorded was on Monday, and I like this cadence of keeping track of the storyline because where I left off was that I wanted to go into this week looking at things differently and not being so rigid and so structured and stuck in my patterns, and instead just allowing myself to flow. To let things happen however they naturally unfold and not be so strict with myself. Not monitor every single move I make and try to optimize every single action and decision.

And that is just a neural pathway that has been developed and that I’ve been running my whole life, to just monitor myself and everything I’m doing and whether it’s being done right or enough or optimized properly. Could I be doing more? Could I be doing it differently? Shut up!

I need to really practice noticing when that pattern kicks in and then changing the pattern and acknowledging that I’m going a different route. I’m instead just going to let this go and surrender. I’m checking with myself and seeing: What do I actually want? What am I feeling? What do I need? Not pressuring myself and saying, “You have to do this, and this needs to be accomplished, and you need to be on track, and you need to be on top of things.”

So strict. Sheesh! This inner voice, my God. So much easier when I couldn’t hear it. Thank you for waking up my voice in my head, making me aware of how I talk to myself. That is tough. That’s such a tough part of awakening, but also a total game changer. It makes you realize why things feel so challenging and why it’s so worth it to change those patterns.

Anywho, it is now Wednesday, and I can attest to the fact that I’m moving through this life differently this week. This life. I’m going to amuse myself with words sometimes.

So I really have been just asking myself: What do I absolutely have to get done, put my time towards today? How do I want to do it? And when I do it, I allow myself to go with the pace that is available to me.

And when I’ve logged multiple hours of staring at a screen, like three to four hours, there’s this tendency, like, I have to get into a flow state to do work, and I don’t hit flow state until at least an hour and a half, an hour and forty-five minutes, two hours. And then once I have flow state, I get a lot of shit done. But I have to honor that state that I’m in, and I don’t always achieve flow state, and I don’t always feel like stopping.

And this is where I have to check in with myself: Do I have capacity for this? Because most of the time, I will just ignore, override my signals, and just be like, “No, I need to perform. I need to get this done. I’ve got to be hyper-efficient 24/7.”

And so now I’m really just allowing myself, like, “Oh, it’s been four hours. Oh, look at how much I’ve gotten done. Oh, can we take a break from this now and go do something totally different?” Which is really hard for me.

Transitions are hard. The only transitions that naturally happen are meals, and I don’t even remember to have meals. But when my body is starving or when I notice myself feeling depleted, it’s usually a sign that it’s time for that one transition that I naturally will accommodate, which is putting food in my body, if you will.

But now I’m having to learn that there are other things that I can transition to. I can just go into my yard and lie in the grass and meditate. I can jump in the pool. I can read by the pool. I can go for a ride.

And I know this sounds ridiculous, but this is my autistic brain that gets so stuck in rhythm and routine that I will go days, weeks sometimes, following the exact same rigid routine. And that becomes comfort for me because everything’s predictable and everything, I tick all the boxes, and everything’s fine. But that does not serve me well, and I’m usually dysregulated and running unhealthy patterns. And I need to learn to break this.

Something as simple as allowing myself to transition to something playful, or transition to something grounding, or transition to something that just moves my energy, are hard things for me to do. It seems so natural for many people, but for me…

And so that’s what I’ve been doing this week, and it’s been so beautiful because I have reached my limits and noticed my capacities and been like, “No, I’ve done enough here, and now I have to find something else to do that isn’t making food.”

And so I’ve lain in the grass, and I’ve jumped in the pool, and I’ve read my book in the sun, and I’ve had long baths. And I’ve spent time thinking and processing and working on my own projects and working on my client work. And just feeling really free and knowing that I’m getting shit done, but without the additional pressure or person hanging over me, constantly judging.

Our minds are so active, my friends. And once we bring that into awareness, it can be really, really hard to get stuck and to feel so overwhelmed by it. And that’s why I want to share this, is that over time, practicing meditation and also dedicating time to doing deep work and inner work, these things help us to change these patterns.

Neuroplasticity is a thing. It’s real. It’s available to all of us.

And so I’m sharing about how, I want to say neurotic it is, but how challenging it is for our brains to move through a world that wasn’t designed for us. And that’s okay. It’s not fair. It’s not fun. But we’re here. We kind of have to find a way to move through this, you know?

I think the way to move through it is to find ways to meet our needs and understand ourselves and understand our uniqueness and our unique needs so that we can meet them ourselves. And start to move through life in ways that are more aligned with what our unique system requires. And it’s just not easy.

And being able to commiserate with you is helpful, but also to document as I go, you know, is to witness the progress and the revelations. And this has been a big part of my progress, witnessing my patterns and actively setting intentions to notice these things and to challenge myself to, when it’s happening, respond a different way.

And so I’m reporting to you on Wednesday, literally two days later, that it’s working and I feel great. And possibly down the line, it won’t be working and I’ll feel awful and I’ll be overwhelmed and I won’t understand what happened. And that is just life. It’s one moment at a time. And there’s no end goal. It’s just a journey.

And we’re trying to make the journey of living in every single moment, one moment at a time, manageable. And we do that by understanding what our needs are and how our brains work and how our nervous systems work. And setting ourselves up in a life, with a career, with partners, that meet our needs and that allow us to move through each present moment in a way that serves us well.

Instead of fucking bashing our heads against a wall over and over because we’re trying to fit into a system or methods or processes or structures that are not aligned with what we need. It’s as simple as that.

It’s not fair. It makes us bitter and angry. And that’s all valid. It’s totally valid. This ride has not been an easy ride. There’s so much suffering involved in our lives, and we spend a lot of it alone. We process on deep, deep levels. Some of us are highly emotional. And you don’t just have to be highly emotional to feel challenged. Some of us are highly sensory. Some of us don’t have emotions at all. All of these things are challenging us. It’s not good. It’s not bad. It just is.

This is not at all what I thought I was going to talk about. And that’s what I love about it. It’s just showing up to the moment and allowing what’s naturally there to pass through. It’s exactly what I want to do. I open the channel, and that’s what wanted to be spoken.

Beautiful. Thank you, Jess.

And this is part of what I want to document, because I do have these moments where something passes through me, and it sounds like wisdom. And I hear it afterwards, and I’m like, “How the fuck did I know that?”

And that’s why I’ve gotten to this place in my life where I realize I am a witch. I genuinely can channel. I know I have had many moments, and there are certain practices that I can do, such as dancing, that allow me to open up my channel. And it’s almost as if I can disappear and something just passes through. It’s expressed through me, and it’s not always words. Sometimes it’s movement. Sometimes it’s emotion. Sometimes it’s creative expression.

And we all have this capacity, but we’re so disconnected from ourselves in so many ways. And some of our channels are more amplified than others, are more open than others.

And that’s what I’ve come to learn, is that my hypersensitivity… I’m so insanely sensitive that I literally can’t go out into the everyday world. Like, I can. I have a disability. And that might make people think that I’m broken and that I can’t do anything, there’s no hope for me.

But the truth is that I am this way because I’m so open that I receive different frequencies. And I am capable of connecting with things we can’t see and things we don’t know. And I don’t fucking get it either. I can’t explain it. And I can’t tell you why or when or how, but I can share my lived experience with you and attest to the fact that I have experienced this.

Things move through me. It’s wisdom. It’s art. It’s expression. It’s beautiful.

And I spent all of my life denying these things about myself and telling myself I was crazy and I was making this shit up. There were so many barriers stopping me from listening to my own wisdom, to my own intuition, to my truths, to the messages coming through to me. I just second-guessed everything.

And I believed what everyone around me said, that I didn’t know what the fuck I was talking about. That I was crazy. That I was way too much. That I didn’t make sense. And that I was living in a fantasy world and I needed to come down from the clouds and be in the real world.

And now here I am, awakened and alive to the real world. I realize there’s absolutely nothing wrong with me. And there are things I can’t explain, and that’s okay. But I need to honor them. They are my truth.

Things pass through me, and that’s why I want to document and record. I want to capture this because so many of us are intuitive. We’re all intuitive. Every single one of us. We all have different ways of accessing it, and we all have different amplifications, and we all have different frequencies. I don’t know. Something like that.

And we can hone these abilities. We absolutely can master these skills. We can heighten our connection, our frequencies. We can raise them to come into alignment with other frequencies. This, I know to be true.

How do I know? I’m not a person. I just know, apparently. Sometimes I just know things.

So thank you for coming on this ride with me as I share about things I don’t know, but that I know. I’m sure many of you who are neurodivergent, whatever you’re experiencing on this spectrum, or whether you’re highly sensitive, or whether you’re a dreamer… I don’t know. I think we need to band together and realize that there’s nothing wrong with us.

Okay, I want to move on to the thing that I thought I was going to talk about, which is that I have been working on delivering a prototype for one of my clients. And it’s super cool because it’s actually something that I already had an idea for, and I essentially sold it to someone as an Upwork client. And it’s so cool that I’m getting paid to develop my fucking prototype.

It’s literally forcing me to execute on it, which is exactly what my ADHD brain needs because my executive dysfunction is non-existent… especially specifically when it’s for myself. If it’s client work, no problem. We’ll get it done, like, no problem. But if it’s for me, different story. Topic for another time.

So this client, I won’t go into detail about what I’ve created because I want to create a post about it so that I can actually express it in its full truth and glory. But that is a big thing that I’ve ticked off the box this week.

I kind of went into this week thinking, “Oh, I’ve got this fucking client work to do.” And then I sat down to do it, and I was like, “Jess, you’re building your dreams, and you’re getting paid to do it.” So crazy mindset, right?

And so I literally just hit send on that, and I will get money in the bank, which is really fucking necessary because my bank account is at zero.

Oh, oh.

Okay, I have no idea where that came from, but this is why I like to record from safe spaces because this is who I naturally am, a motherfucking weirdo, and I love it. And I want to normalize being weird and safe.

Yeah, so I delivered, and I’m going to get money, but Upwork is super fucking annoying because I still have to wait like two weeks to get my money that I just made.

But I hit send, and being able to deliver on this has allowed me to see that my vision, like my prototype in my mind, actually is real. Tangible. It actually makes sense. I ran it. I built something, and I tested it, and it works.

And what the fuck? I’m building things. I’m achieving things. Shit’s getting done, even without the pressure.

And so I sent that off, and I didn’t have to force myself to do work anymore because I’m just allowing myself to be in flow. And it was only like 3 p.m. So I came and I had a fucking bath, and it was so good to relax my muscles and to ground and to come into my safe space.

And I read my book. I’m reading A Return to Love. And I can talk about that more later. I love it. But just the freedom to be able to be like, “Let’s have a bath. Let’s read. Let’s just fucking relax and do nothing.”

And then as I was lying here, I was getting so many ideas about how I can turn my inquiry system into one of the tools that I use for the work I’m going to do with Randy.

And here’s the second win of this week already, is that I reached out to Randy, my mentor. And I am so grateful. This is the one person I have had in my life who has been available, who checks in on me, who is supportive, who asks me, “How are you really fucking doing?”

And who I can be fully honest with, and I have mental breakdowns with, and he listens and he witnesses everything with me without judgment and doesn’t give unsolicited advice, and gives lots of advice when asked for advice. And I’m so lucky to have this person in my life because I don’t have other connections like that.

And I know many of us struggle. Many of us are quite isolated. Many of us are disconnected from the people in our past. And so I just want to acknowledge how good it is to have one person, just one person that we can go to.

And I haven’t had that most of my life, and so I know how valuable and how important it is. And I hope that you have that person. And if you don’t, that you set an intention to actively bring someone like that into your life. Keep your eyes open to who might be available.

And don’t destroy yourself, but I know it has to be someone who’s truly meeting your needs and safe and available to listen and reciprocate with you.

But I have that in Randy, and for that I’m so grateful because he reached out and checked in. And I’m not okay. I don’t have any money, and I don’t know how I’m going to pay for rent. And I’m bitching and moaning to him about how unfair it is that I’m so smart and that I’m so experienced, and I cannot get a job. I cannot convince people to use my skills to help me help them.

And we were able to discuss a project that he and I could go in on because we have a previous project that we built that is called Get Unstuck, and that we’ll be talking about a lot.

It’s a group coaching program, and we ran two beta test runs. And we were able to help people exactly in the ways we wanted to. It passed the test of doing what, serving the purpose it was created to… I mean, words. It served its purpose. Period.

And then when we tried to sell it to people, it was high-ticket, deep inner work. And it has to be the right time and place in your life, and it has to be a real, true commitment. You have to be ready. And we just couldn’t get people to lock in.

And neither one of us had the right audience to really pursue. And we haven’t been able to put it to use, and it’s heartbreaking because it’s so powerful. And we’re trying to get a better transformation based on this work. We have helped people with this work. It’s 100% capable of helping people.

But we don’t know how to get it out in the world. And it’s not only that we don’t know. It’s that it’s been sitting on my shoulders, that I haven’t had capacity.

And now here we are. And all of a sudden, I’m in need of work and I’m in need of opportunities. And so we’ve aligned, and he’s helping me out, and he’s sent money up front. And now we’re going into a four-week project.

And yet again, this is an opportunity where I’m getting paid to develop this next prototype. And it’s the inquiry system, which is a big part of the project, part of the vision, this product that I’m building. This inquiry system is a really important piece of it.

The way that I’m figuring these things out is through just applying myself to it and building it and testing it and breaking it and making mistakes, and having someone paying me to do this. It’s a fucking dream. I’m so grateful.

All this time I’ve been feeling like, “Oh my God, I’m frozen. I’m in fear. I can’t believe how hard this is.” And then literally a week later, I’m like, “Oh. Thanks, life.”

And so this is just proof that we have to just be present and let life unfold because we don’t understand why things are happening the way they’re happening. But we have to trust that it is in service to our learning, lessons that are necessary for us as we move through things.

And as we learn these lessons, we unlock new levels of experience, and we unlock opportunities and connections and experiences and emotions and all that fulfilling life stuff. And so, yes, what a life.

I’m so grateful that I’m capturing this, and it’s incredible how things unfold from one day to the next.

And that is what I’ll be talking about. I’m going to be sharing my life story and documenting the vision and the business that I’m building in real time. And I’m going to be doing this through voice notes because that is the medium that works for me.

I can express myself most naturally as my true self through voice and environments where… Yeah, environment is so key for me. I have to feel really safe, and I can’t have distractions. My autistic brain will just disappear. I can’t focus and process my thoughts or think out loud unless the environment is right.

So creating those environments, allowing myself to process, and capturing the moments in real time, that is going to give me transcripts that I can turn into posts, that I can turn into repurposed this and that.

And I have a vision of what it may look like, but all I can really do is show up every day and just allow this process to unravel. Because I wish I could just go make that video as I can see it in my mind. I’m not there yet. And that’s what I’ve had to learn in this process.

This is very present for me right now, is that all my life I’ve had this vision, like I’m inventing something. There’s something I want to build. There’s something that I’m creating, and I don’t really understand it myself. It involves all of my interests, like personal branding and operations and systems and architecture and… I call it… Anyway, it’s like all my passion projects and interests and purpose rolled into one, building this thing.

And I’ve seen all these little pieces, and I just don’t understand how they connect. I don’t know what to do with all this, and I also don’t know how to translate it from my mind into real life, tangible, not just language.

Language itself is hard. I’m not just saying it, but also, how do I turn it into an actual thing? Like a product? Like something that I can see or use?

And so I’m just showing up and documenting as I go because this is the process. I can’t just expect myself to create this vision and to understand it and to make sense of it and explain it because it hasn’t been brought to life yet. And I can only meet it where it’s at in time.

And right now in time, it is just a mishmash of ideas that need to be figured out. And I am somebody who processes out loud and makes sense of things through talking and through iteration and engagement. And I’m allowing myself to follow a thread and to ask questions and to get curious. And that is how my nonlinear brain works.

And I know so many of y’all are going to appreciate this too, whether you know that your brain works this way or not. These nonlinear thinking tools are fucking dope. It’s so cool to understand how we think and to be able to use tools that allow us to think the way we’re designed to think.

So yes, I am excited now because I have this new project where I can continue to document my story and my life. And part of my story and my life is Get Unstuck and Randy and what we’ve developed together.

And I can start to tell you about the transformation that I’ve been through and how I applied Get Unstuck in my life, and what the application of doing that work has resulted in for me. The transformation that I’ve been through, that is the story that I want to tell.

Because it’s available to all of us to do the work, the deep inner work, and to release the layers of conditioning and bullshit and to wake up. And to meet ourselves as neurodivergent beings and to give ourselves permission to be exactly who and how we’re designed to be. There’s nothing wrong with us.

This process has been applying the practice, which is what I’m going to talk about through this project with Randy, and doing the deep inner work. And that’s going to come at different stages for different people, and some people might not ever get to that place, and that’s okay.

But doing the practice, which is allowing life to unfold… The practice allows… Practicing… I’ve got to figure out this wording.

Through the practice, we learn to let life unfold by doing the work. Allow ourselves to meet life as it unfolds. I think the work has more to do with… When we do the work, that builds capacity that allows us to let life unfold. I don’t know.

I’m going to figure out this wording, my friends, and I’m going to be talking about it through my voice notes. I’m going to be capturing week by week as I tell my story and as I document building my vision and my business in real time.

I’m so grateful to be with you and to have someone to talk to. Truly, this is part of this project, is that I’m somebody who has to live in isolation because of my unique sensitivity. And I socialize selectively and differently.

I’m okay with that, and to meet my needs, I still need to have community, and I still need to connect and have intelligent conversations. And I still need to help people and apply my purpose of teaching and giving back everything that I’ve learned along the way.

Four, five, six, seven! Oh, it’s the lucky one!

Okay, if y’all don’t know what I’m going on about, I think it’s called a tokay. It is a lizard, and it’s doing that sound with its neck, like a neck bubble, and it goes, “Tokay!” It makes that sound, and if it does it seven times, it’s good luck.

I don’t know if it was actually seven, but it sounded like seven, and it happened right as I was expressing how great I am, things are going.

Well, I guess that’s the perfect way to end things, with this intention to continue capturing these things as they unfold and to be here with you and my community and my people who get it.

I can’t wait to use this inquiry system that I’m building to share the threads that I’m thinking about and processing and curious about. And I would love to hear what you’re thinking and how you process these things and what you’re curious about.

Okay, this is me. See you next time.
